She walks around with a worn map of the Lethbridge area in her wallet. She takes the time to talk to you about your family. She remembers your child's name and addresses them directly. She dresses and acts like a professional. She is always smiling and calls you, "Love". She listens to your long list of what you find important. She lets you discuss where, why, and how you want to live. She asks you what is important. She lends you a book or even her reading glasses. She lets you take the time to explain what you like and don't like. She doesn't hurry you, despite the phone trying to grab her attention. She is a busy lady—busy for all the right reasons. 

People want her to sell their home because they know she will go the extra mile to get the money that they need out of it. People want her to sell them their home because they know she will sell them the home that fits their needs. People want to be around her. They like the warmth of her smile and of her heart. She remembers that she is part of a community and takes pride in her contribution to it. She likes music, good food and loves a good yard. She shares her perennials with you if you are doing landscaping. She brings you home-made strawberry jam. Yes, it is made by her. It's only one of her personal touches. 

She respects your time, respects what you say and believes you because she is believable. She trusts because she is trustworthy. She shakes her head at trusting the wrong people, but moves on anyway. She wonders about them, but doesn't stop doing what she does best — listening, caring and reacting with genuine interest. She is in real estate because she loves to work with people. 

The people working at City Hall know her by name because she comes in so often to see what new information she can gather for her clients. She gathers all that she needs even if she has to pay for it.
